“Raya and the last Dragon “ is a 2021 animated fantasy film which was released in the United States on 5 March ,2021 and the is also available on Disney+ Hotstar.
The plot follows Raya , the protagonist on a quest to find the last dragon on the planet and find the powerful stone that was broken and taken away by the people of the other kingdoms.
She befriends a few people on her way and they , together try to save the world from a deathly plague and fulfill her father’s dream by re-uniting Kumandra .
The story’s narrative is absolutely astonishing. Every character in the story has their own unique personality and story and we are clearly able to understand the perspective of everyone.
The movie is based heavily on South-east Asian traditions and the cinematography is just WoW. Each and every scene is very detailed and filled with charisma.
The writers and the directors truly deserve an applause as everything in the film was taken care of with the intention of not overdoing anything. And also, unlike most Disney movies, there is no unnessary singing here.
I, personally, found “Raya and the last Dragon“to be interesting and enjoyable and suggest it as a must watch for everyone.
